Sales Executive

Carry out Marketing and Sales of Company’s products
Provide advice to customers on selection of products. Guiding a buyer through the property buying process.
Build goodwill and strong relationship with customers by maintaining phone contact
Assist in developing aggressive sales strategy and to achieve overall sales targets and objectives
Assist in developing, planning and managing marketing communication strategies and campaigns to support sales
Prepare and monitor the execution of SPA including vetting of Sale and Purchase Agreement to ensure there are no errors and sent to respective parties for endorsement.

Candidates should possess a Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Outgoing, self-motivated and with an independent predisposition
Required languages – English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
