Introducing Hatten Hotel's Chinese New Year Banquet Menu

On 10th January 2014, Hatten Hotel Melaka unveiled their sumptuous Chinese New Year Banquet Menu for 2014 to a select group of invitees, members of the media and blogger friends. Hosted by Hatten Group CEO, Mr. Edwin Tan, Group General Manager of Hospitality, Mr. Marco Giovanni Batitistotti and Director of Group Corporate Communications, Ms. Penny Ong, guests were treated to a delicious oriental banquet especially crafted by Hatten Hotel’s Executive Chef, Mr. Kelvin Chuah.

Beginning with an appetizing Salmon Yu Sheng, the next eight courses featured classic dishes such as Braised Duck with Dried Oysters and Sea Cucumber, Stir-fried Prawns in Taiwanese Honey Basil Sauce and for the grand finale, a refreshing dessert made from an exquisite blend of Chilled Hashima with Quail Egg and Snow Pear Tea.
